FirePlotter End User License Agreement

EULA - End User License Agreement:

This software and the accompanying files after referred to as FirePlotter. FirePlotter is "as is" and without warranties whatsoever as to the performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.

Because of the many different hardware and software environments into which FirePlotter may be used, no warranties are offered. All specifications are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA by downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the product. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product; you may return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.

In addition, by downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using updates that you receive as part of the product, you agree to be bound by the additional license terms that may accompany such updates. If you do not agree to the additional license terms that accompany such updates, you may not download, install, copy, or use such updates. Best practice computer procedures dictates that any program must be thoroughly tested with non-critical systems and data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using any new program and in particularly this program.

Any liability of the designer, distributor and seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.

License information:

FirePlotter can operate as FreeWare (Free Mode) or as a Licensed product (Licensed Mode). FirePlotter is owned by Guardian Internet Support Services (UK) Limited (after referred to as GISS) and is licensed, not sold. All rights in FirePlotter including License Agreement, copyrights, licensing rights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, design rights, engineering rights, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights belong to GISS. These rights are not transferred as part of this agreement.

A purchased License grants you a non-exclusive right to use FirePlotter in Licensed Mode for the term of the contract - typically 12 months from the date of purchase.

Concurrent usage:

A purchased License includes a concurrent usage count which limits the total number of copies of FirePlotter allowed to be installed and used within an organisation.

Examples:

1) One concurrent licensed copy means only one machine can have FirePlotter installed, and can connect to unlimited number of firewalls.

2) Two concurrent licensed copies means only two machines can have FirePlotter installed, or two users on the same server can operate two copies of FirePlotter simultaneously, and can connect to unlimited number of firewalls.
